Registering for HSC's program is quick and easy. Fill out the short form below to register for the course.

After clicking "Next Step" below, you will choose either English or Spanish as your preferred course language on the Registration tab.

Once you complete the program you and the DUI Coordinator in the County where your arrest occurred will receive a completion certificate via email.

You will also receive three follow up messages to help reinforce your commitment to only get behind the wheel when substance free. You will be sent emails to remind you to plan ahead to avoid driving under the influence at three key times of the year: New Year's Eve, Fourth of July and Thanksgiving Eve.

Be sure to receive permission to take the online class from the authorities in the county where you were arrested before registering.

Payment for the class will appear on your credit card statement as MGS Consulting. The cost is $200.00.

Once all 28 sections have been viewed and tested, an email will be sent to the appropriate authority and you will have the opportunity to print or save your certificate for successfully completing the course.

Your password and security questions are case sensitive. Write them down EXACTLY as you entered them when you registered.

This course is designed to take approximately 12 hours to complete. You must listen and watch each section in its entirety before moving on. Failure to fully complete all sections, which includes watching the videos, will disqualify you from receiving a certificate of completion. After finishing a segment you must wait 5 minutes before moving on to the next one.

You will be asked to answer several questions during the time the video is playing. These will be in the form of pop-up windows. You will have several seconds to answer one of these questions. If you fail to answer three questions the current section will restart and you will need to start your section over. These questions are in place to ensure that the correct person is taking the courses and is paying attention.

You will have 30 days from the date of registration to complete all 25 sections in this site. After 30 days your account will close and you will need to re-register and begin the process again.
